This session is a practical guide to phasing out gas and transitioning your home to all-electric appliances — including hot water systems, heating and cooling, induction cooking, and solar. We’ll explore the ideal upgrade order, what to prioritise, and how to maximise comfort, cost savings, and climate benefits throughout the journey.

Financial & Sustainability Experts – Learn about available incentives, rebates, and financing options to make electrification more affordable.

You can save money on a rooftop solar system and other electric appliances including a battery, for your home or business through a range of government assistance schemes. 

The Solar Victoria program provides various incentives and programs to support the adoption of solar energy in Victoria. This includes the solar panel rebate, interest-free loans, and other initiatives. 

A loan allows you to borrow part or all of the cost of your solar system and/or battery. 

The Australian federal government now offers a solar battery rebate.A rebate or subsidy will cover part or all of the upfront cost of buying solar or a battery.
